Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

Our products are located in our warehouses located in India , China , USA and UK. Based upon the availability of the product and we ship from the corresponding warehouse to deliver at the earliest. If the product is available in the ordered location , it will be delivered in 5-7 working days. If the specific product is shipping from China , usually we deliver to most of the locations within 15-20 days worldwide except. For India we deliver in 20-25 days except north eastern states.

In case of any natural calamities or special conditions , delivery will take longer than usual periods. In such cases we offer full refund if product is not delivered in 60 days.

Cancellation Policy:

(1) If you request to cancel an order within 1 day of payment, we will promptly cancel the order and provide a full refund.

(2) If you request to cancel an order within 2 days of payment but before it has been shipped, we can accommodate your request. However, please note that a 10% deduction from the total amount will apply since our team has already begun processing and packing your order. Please be aware that once the parcel has been dispatched to the shipping company’s warehouse, we may not be able to cancel it.

(3) Orders with shipping already initiated cannot be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return Policy:

(1) If you receive a product that is poorly made, please provide us with photographs as evidence. We will then either reship a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing the photos.

(2) If you receive a product in unused and good condition but are unsatisfied for any reason, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange upon receiving the returned parcel. Prior to returning the parcel, please send us an email to initiate the process. This step will help ensure a smooth return procedure.

(3) Please note that we exclusively accept prepaid return packages and do not accept Cash-on-Delivery (C.O.D.) returns.

(4) In cases where an item is returned due to an address error made by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to reship the item to the correct address. We can provide information on the logistics provider to assist with address modification but will not issue a refund. If an item is returned due to an error on our part (Nail Rosalind), we will cover the shipping costs for reshipping the item.

Special Circumstances:

In rare instances, customs clearance may delay the delivery of your parcel, although the probability is low. If you encounter such a situation, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance in resolving the issue. However, if you refuse to accept the package upon arrival, we cannot guarantee a full refund.
